Some ground work has been done at the hut by Steve and his dad.  Great Job!

On Sunday 30th January 2022 we had a healthy 16 turn out for a morning of Clout.  Blue skies, no wind made for ideal conditions (although a little nippy when not in the sun).  After plenty of chatter, shooting into mid-air, walking back and forth, two stand out scores were applauded, Sarah French with a PB of 56 and Simon Paterson with 70.  Great fun!

What a fantastic turn out for the annual Christmas Pudding Shoot and we were so lucky that the weather was once again kind to us.

We had a great mix of archers, including Juniors.  There were some who turned up to the ‘have a go’ session that I believe turned out to be quite competitive.  Hopefully we will be able to welcome you to the Club in 2022.

Results for the shoot were:-

1st Gent – Greg Brooks, 2nd Gent – Steve Fidler

1st Lady – Alison Buck,  2nd Lady – Siobhan Dennis

1st Junior – Violet Turnbull

A good time was had by all and and we hope you all enjoy your Christmas Puddings!

One very happy archer, Steve Fidler, scored a PB at FLC on Tuesday evening.  Congratulations Steve for scoring a fabulous 565 on a Portsmouth round.
