Target
Sundays from 9:30 am. When Clout commences in October target shooting can start once the Clout has finished. This is usually around 12.30 pm.
The ground at Buscot Park is available for shooting at most other times. Senior members can shoot solo but MUST ensure that all of the warning signs and chains are across the entry points to the shooting ground. Archers shooting solo do so at their own risk in respect of personal injuries.
Junior members can shoot on the target field but must be accompanied by an adult member of Archery GB and a parent/guardian must also be present.
Provided they are an adult member of Archery GB one parent/guardian alone may supervise their children.
Field
Shooting is allowed in the woodland from February to October from 4:00 PM on Wednesdays and Fridays until dusk, and all day on Sundays. The south woods, however, are not used during October.
When Field shooting in the woods there MUST be at least two adults shooting at all times due to the inherent dangers of the woods, such as trip hazards.
Archers wishing to shoot in the woods are advised to join other archers where possible.
NO ONE IS ALLOWED TO SHOOT SOLO AT CLOUT.
SOLO ARCHERY IS ALLOWED AT YOUR OWN RISK INDOORS AT FARINGDON LEISURE CENTRE BUT MUST BE SHOT ON NUMBER ONE COURT SHOOTING THE WIDTH OF THE BUILDING AT THAT POINT AND THE WARNING SIGNS MUST BE DISPLAYED.
